Who We Are

We respectfully honour and acknowledge the Garigal and Guringai people, the traditional custodians of the land on which we play and learn. We actively promote children to connect to and learn from the experiences and knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Mona Vale Kindergarten is a private Long Day Care Centre, licensed and accredited as "exceeding regulations in all quality areas" under the Australian Government's National Quality Standards.

Located on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, we are open from 7:00 am until 6:00 pm Monday - Friday, for 50 weeks per year.

Our focus at Mona Vale Kindy is to provide a child safe, respectful and nurturing environment which maximises each child's sense of wellbeing, connection and potential for lifelong learning. Our well-established centre, just 300m from Mona Vale Beach, provides excellent education and care for children aged 2-5 years old, across 3 separate age-grouped classes. Each class has their own primary caregivers and each have programs designed specifically for the developmental level of their particular group of children.

We believe the Early Childhood years lay the foundation for all that is yet to come in life and our holistic approach to high quality education is centered not just on children's learning but is also responsive to the individual needs, culture, beliefs and values of their families. 

We aim to provide a warm, loving atmosphere in which the children will learn and in which they will feel secure and respected. Our promise is to provide our families with the very best in pre-school and early learning, delivered by our dedicated staff, our most valuable asset, all of whom are qualified professionals.
